When you think of Joshua and the Battle of Jericho, what comes to mind? Songs you’ve heard since childhood? We’ve got a nice collection of old favorites and new songs in our playlist for this module. What is else awaiting Israel after their epic crossing of the Jordan and victory at Jericho? We are about to find a very compelling lesson about outsiders and insiders as God’s people advance into the Promised Land. It’s a lesson they were introduced to before they left Egypt—and it’s a lesson that will be central to the New Testament. Let’s give these familiar stories a closer look.
