It’s great to read a feel-good story like Ruth, but when you’re suffering without any guarantees, it’s hard to have faith.

What about Ruth’s character inspires you? Is it her persistence to stay with Naomi—“Your people will be my people, Your God will be my God?” Or was it her no-nonsense work ethic? Or was it her boldness to basically propose to Boaz? We’re sure you’ll find something to take away from this faithful outsider. And we believe you’ve met in Boaz the kind of righteous man that every generation needs—someone who intends to do the right thing even if it’s “complicated.”

We’ve got another lesson to take a final look at this man and what the Bible describes as his signature quality.
